Implemented Dynamic Pagenameparameter

With xf 1.2 we're able to change the routeprefixes.

It would be nice if we could change the page parametername too.

e.g.
forums/xenforo-pre-sales-questions.5/page-3

could then become forumi/xenforo-pre-sales-questions.5/strana-3

just a new option for the param (page) which would be used inside resolveActionAsPageNumber and getPageNumberAsAction instead of the hardcoded "page"

A route filter for "forums/{forum}/page-{page}" to "forumi/{forum}/strana-{page}" should work.
