Most of them don't like it because of the violence in them. For example, my brother's girl-friend (two words separated) questioned "men like to shoot things?" Especially when I'm playing COD4.

You're basing your opinion off of girls that do not play video games.

Girls that play video games are the exact opposite, and I know quite a few gamers (Seeing as there are whole sites dedicated to girl-only gaming, and there are girl-only gaming leagues).
