I just bought xenforo decompression copyright but missing file internal_data and data .tks

Those folders are not included in the upgrade package by design. They are just blank folders in the fresh installation package anyways.

When you download XenForo there is this option:

If it is checked, there will be no data/ and internal_data/ folders included. I think it is checked by default if you have previously downloaded the software.
