I know it's a bit premature to open this thread. Considering recent and not so recent staff departures from vBulletin, I thought it's worth to start discussing here whom we want to see in XenForo team [USER PROSPECTIVE WITH NO INTENTION TO INFLAME ANYTHING].

I won't lie. I like the atmosphere of the old vBulletin. It feels like home.

My question to you is...
Do we really want all the same minds working here (from vb)?
We need some fresh thinking ... fresh blood

(I'm not saying that I wouldn't bring them in - just curious to see what you think.)

I hope that the XF developer staff will expand enough to give XF the needed growth. IMHO it needs this growth in functionality to measure up to mature products like IPB and vb and hopefully surpass that.

My thinking exactly ... the conversation market is not the same today ... it requires higher levels of thinking ...

if these guys had the right stuff, forums would be the hottest thing today, but we know what happened on their watch :)
