Product design, marketing, business management. Essentially deciding on/designing product features, researching the marketplace, deciding on the business direction, doing any and all marketing, advertising and business to business deals. Everything that ISN'T coding really. Unrelated to DBTech I also interview UFC fighters and personalities for an MMA radio show/podcast.

A lot of people don't see the value in having someone who does those jobs separately from the coders. DBTech being more successful than the entire IPB paid mod industry suggests otherwise though.

Am I missing something. DRE wasn't bashing anything? Infact, he has created another thread and promoted the fact DB add-ons would be warmly welcomed here if you checked the other DB thread (Poll).

I have to admit though there's a few off-topic posts in here but the way this thread was heading a little bit of humour and banter doesn't hurt, imo.

Don't get into his car though.​

There's always value in any area. I won't admit i understand all areas but since your company is thriving and your add-ons are successful your doing something right so there is has to be value in what you are doing. :)

I think he's a lil miffed at what took place here: http://xenforo.com/community/resources/8wayrun-com-xenporta-portal.90/update?update=3964

A couple of us were very upset over something he wanted that most of us did not want and after Jaxel fixed it, he no longer has it. That was a modification to a basic xenporta block that shouldn't have been messed with that he could've asked someone to modify for him. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Not a problem and I hope it didn't come across as being boastful. I hate how difficult it is to convey humble on the internet when presenting information like that. Also the Hoff-Bacon is super enticing!
