This seems a bit of a privacy concern. Giving third-parties access to member's inboxes should be be opt-in rather than default.

I somewhat agree that Google should probably not get conversation titles (which are part of the URL if configured this way).
But completely diabling it, hmm, might be a bit too much - you'll use information on how much % traffic is caued by conversation.

It's rather difficult to get common sense here - some admins don't care at all, some jut want the id, others would like to send the same url for all pages and some might want to disable Analytics completely.

IMHO, you really can't please everyone here unless you add a zillion option and different code paths.
