Add-on DONE Batch Add Group & Upgrade Users

Hi all!

I'd like an add-on that does the following:

As a user, I want to be able to upload a list of emails and choose which groups to add the users to. At the same time, I'd like to be able to apply an upgrade package.

Example use case: I have a "Member" and "Supporter" group. I have an upgrade package that makes a user a part of the "Supporter" group for six months. I want to be able to take a list of user emails, add them to the "Member" group and apply the "Supporter Upgrade Package". This should work with all current groups and upgrades.

1. Upload or copy/paste a list of users e-mail addresses.
2. Select from a list of existing user groups (check boxes)
3. Add an existing upgrade (check boxes)
4. Process all users in email list.
