ES 2.2 Does ES 2.2 require Xenforo 2.2?

Sorry if this seems like a stupid question, but will it work on XF 2.1?

I would like to upgrade it along with other add-ons before upgrading the XF 2.2 if possible. I can't find anything that says it is not compatible.

You have to upgrade the core software before upgrading add-ons.

You're most likely better off upgrading the software first before upgrading add-ons. Some are specific to 2.2 and only work with that version. It may cause you problems upgrading add-ons to 2.2 version first. If the add-ons give you problems after upgrading software, you can always disable via your config.php.
