Do not have permission?

I am currently using a test xenforo edition to decide whether i wish to move my board to Xenforo
I am having a problem with this plugin

I followed all steps, but im still not seeing these options:
3. Configure medals in AdminCP > Applications > Medal System

4. Configure position to show medals (post) in AdminCP > Home > Options > Messages


Also when i search Medal in admincp it comes up but i get this error:

You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

We are using my friends license as a "test" before we want to commit to buying Xen
no idea why im getting this message though

The demo here on XenForo does not let you upload files because there is no FTP access.

So what is the url you're using the test with?

Also, only licensed members can download resources from the resource manager.
