Displaying captured custom fields?

Okay, so what I'm trying to do here for a client who I am setting up with XenForo is allow it so people can sign-up for his forum and in the process of signing up they enter their forum handle as well as some custom fields for their real name, job title and company.

I was hoping to find a way to let the user choose if they want to display one or all of those custom fields (i.e. real name, job title, or company) under their avatar with each post they make, or somewhere in their post.

I know they could just create a signature with this information but I wanted to see if there was a way for them to have this information automatically displayed (or hidden) if they so choose.

There is no built in option to allow members to pick and choose which (custom) fields are shown.

It would require custom development in order to achieve that.

That's what I figured. I'll relay that to the client.

I think that if it were me I would just put the information in my signature since that's where almost anyone who uses a internet forum puts that info.
