This is maybe a weird one.
I have a few users who are complaining that the page fails to load 2 out of 3 timesm they get various errors, etc. Nothing is showing up in ACP. It really sounds like they've been set as "discouraged" but they haven't been and this includes one of our admins.
Confusing the issue slightly, our site was inundated bu Claude AI bots for a week or so, giving us thousands of guests online. That's what i was initially blaming for the performance but I've blocked those via CloudFlare now and we're back to normaly apart from the few users having a horrible experience.
Is there something somehow that could erroneously make them receive the discouraged treatment?
