XF 1.3 Disable the 'People You Follow' & 'People You Ignore'?

Hi guys, is there a way to disable the 'People You Follow' & 'People You Ignore'? options from the drop down member/user-card?

Andy, as per usual these look ideal for what I require. I have just installed the add-ons but sadly the unwanted options are still visible:






I am running a custom theme. Might it be this that is stopping these add-ons from working?
