Answers should be possible.

You can do this via staff members privacy?

Privacy > Start conversations with you: > Nobody.
That way they are able to open conversations with people is they choose to do so.

You're welcome. By doing it this way, you're giving your staff the control on who they contact.

Wanted to completely ban the contact of staff members because we have a support area that users should use. Often one there are DAU's
And some of my staff members are just too friendly^^
