RM 2.0 Disable Resource Approval

is there a way to let users from the "Registered" usergroup add resources without approval?
I can't find it in the permission. http://prntscr.com/ig93h0

I'm wondering if you can keep the approval enabled for everyone, but disabled for certain user-groups?

I noticed that admins can add resources without approval, although approval option is enabled for the category. Is there a way to do the same for other user groups?
