XF 2.1 Disable password change/recovery

Hello, is there an addon or a simple way to disable password change and recovery for my forum?
My users are created from an external site and I want to force the password change/recovery only via this site and not from my forums. I have already linked the external registration and password change to my forum with XF API, as well as creating a connected account in my game server. The only problem is that I don't want my users to have different passwords between forums/sites/game.
