XF 2.2 Change log shows user password changed by another user

As the title says, I'm viewing the user change log and there's an entry that shows a member's password was changed. Next to the username, however, it shows "Edited by ************", which is a user who is simply in the registered user group. I've checked the user's permissions with the analyze permissions tool and all moderator permissions are set to "No".

Anyone have any idea what could be going on with this?

Check if they have admin staff permissions, not group permissions.

Yes, I checked that too. I'm the only admin listed.

Do the IPs match for both accounts?

If so, it's likely the same person logged in the other account who clicked the reset link in the email.

Looks like this could be what happened. Thank you! That said, should this be considered a bug?
