Disable Invisible Status by Waindigo [Deleted]

Hi @Jon W

I don't know what's going on here, but the register user group (default usergroup) has this Edit online visibility option set to "not set (no)" and this one particular user in that group somehow manages to still turn invisible on. I even changed it back to show online status as checked and changed admin option to "never", she still was able to switch back to invisible. She is indeed in the registered user group and no secondary group. What else would cause this?

Create a test account and put it on the same usergroup of the member who is giving you problems. Now logout your admin account and login as the test account that you have just created and make sure you are using the same style of the member who is giving you problems.

Now, are you able to change your visibility using your test account?

Hi @Super120

Just tried that. Same default style (only style there is), same usegroup. Weird, the option was not there until I enabled it in usegroup (on/green). Disabled back to gray column/no. It disappeared. Baffled how she was able to change it.

Literally everything is the same. Usergroup, user state, style. No secondary group either.

Check if the member has custom permissions.

Does the changes get recorded on the User Change Log?

Still having this problem, even another new username in the default registered usergroup. No custom user permissions either.
