XF 2.1 disable email notifications to one user

i want disable the emails to one user, all emails, including all concepts for it.

how i can make this?

Only the user can make it?

The administrator can not "disable" the outputs emails for a single user? What happend if the user emails bounce? the administrator must wait the bounce system "disable" the emails?

Yes, the system will automatically handle that.

Otherwise you can manually set the user state to 'Email invalid (bounced)'.

If i change the usere state the user can not post, i only want disable the emails to this user
