XF 2.2 How to disable email changed confirmation

One of my sites is made up largely of people who use their work emails to register on the site. So each time a member of my site changes jobs (happens all the time in this particular profession) an email is sent to the old email letting them know the email address has been changed. However, that email address quite often no longer exists because it's been deleted from the system when the employee moved. This is causing the number of bounced emails to go up and, because I use Amazon SES, I could be approaching a warning soon about sending too many bounced emails.

My question is, how can I disable the sending of that confirmation email to the old email address?
