XF 2.3 How to Disable Media? [SOLVED]

Is it possible to disable the ability to post images in the forums, and disable the Media/Resources tabs from the header? I cannot find this out.

Disable XFMG and XFRM from the add-ons menu in ACP.

Set the attachment permissions to no for the Registered user group.
