I simple toggle to not allow searches based on emails would be wonderful Until then I have to disable this addon based on privacy concerns.

When a user starts a conversation this shows up in the error log and the conversation is never started:

Are you using Elastic Search? Also what version of addon are you using?

Did you by chance install Elastic Search (or enable it) after you installed Digital Point Search?

yeah that was probably it, we enabled elastic search after we installed your addon i believe. Uninstall yours and re-install ?

Yeah, that's probably the easiest thing to do... when you install it, it checks if ES is being used and does a couple things differently if so.

I m using elastic search with xenforo enchanced search now hovewer i want take your plugin for some features.

As I understand it this plugin is an extension to XenForo Enhanced Search.
It does not make sense without it.

It works without ES, but you definitely get more features with it.

Hey Shawn I know you're going to be busy for a while, but just a FYI - love this addon but it appears to maybe have caused a problem (with ES 1.1.0). Who knows maybe it's conflicting with something else we have installed, but anyway like I said just FYI:

With DP search installed and "show results as threads" is ticked, we still get a list of posts. It almost seems like threads themselves weren't indexed. Tried rebuilding the index, same issue. I uninstalled DP Search, reindexed, and our "results as threads" are back.

We are using ES 1.1.0 live on our site, and I'm not seeing that you are seeing...

Maybe I'm trying it differently? Can you try doing the search you are trying on our site to see if it's happening on my site also?

Works just fine on your forum. Must be us I wonder if our old elasticsearch .90 is causing some problem. I'll keep playing around with it.

I'm not using the latest ES, but I am on 1.0.0. But to be honest, I can't think of anything that would cause that... We aren't doing anything with post or thread content types.
