Fixed Deleting Upload for Update

I just ran into this here when updated a resource.

I uploaded the wrong file the first time, when clicking the 'select resource file' button. I removed it, and reuploaded the correct file.

At the bottom, the incorrect file was still listed in the attached files part. I clicked the delete button, and it gave an invalid file error.

It was still there when I submitted the update, however there isn't any indication if it being saved with the update.

This appears to be specific to the Flash uploader being disabled. It was also specific to posting an update, as adding a resource already had this working. Just needed to apply the small fix to the update page.

I hadn't actually disabled the flash uploader, it was just that the swf file couldn't be downloaded due to router restrictions, but that doesn't matter - same end result.
