@CarpCharacin you could temporarily adjust the SPAM Cleaner User Criteria as your member might already exceed the criteria below:

Then you can mark the member as SPAM to use the SPAM cleaner.

Just be really really careful you don't use it on a legitimate member:

It's best to avoid deleting posts. Be sure to realize that if the post is post #1 of a thread, the entire thread will be deleted.
