XF 1.5 Delay in post update and settings

Whenever i make reply to a thread or make a new thread it doesn't get reflected immediately in the new posts column. The problem prevails in admin panel too, if i enable some option by applying a tick and click save. The page will refresh and come back to the page with the tick undone. But when i refresh again the tick mark will be there.

This sounds like full page caching happening somewhere. I see caching and Varnish related headers in the response from your site, so this seems likely. This is outside of XenForo, so you may need to check with your host to get details on their Varnish configuration.

Realistically, you'll want to either have it be disabled or make absolutely sure that it does no response caching in any situation. What you're explaining here sounds very much like caching problems.
