Define Reasonable?

The license policy states that, but what does reasonable mean? What do you guys define as reasonable? I mean it really doesn't state specifically what is 'reasonable' and what isn't. Maybe giving some examples may be useful.

I would expect all cases to be dealt with on an individual basis.

There's no need to publish a policy as everyone might have individual reasons to return their license.

I am pretty sure they are more than reasonable. No one has complained about the REFUND policy that I can remember. If they were hard nosing lots of people, I suspect there would be lots of complaints.
