XF 1.1 Default thread display order?

Hey there,

We have a couple categories where I want to order the threads by creation date instead of by last post... is there a way to do this that I haven't found?

I saw @Alfa1 with a neat trick.

He used this link to display a forum in a thread order he wanted.
