Default font size posting area

Hi how to increase default font size in posting area, which template must edit i know default font its 13px, want change it to 16px.

Just so you know this is pretty much a question for either the styling forum or one of the others.

You won't have to edit an actual template for this but it would be a CSS template if any. Under appearence instead of templates there is a section for properties. There is a group for the rich text editor but not sure if you should set it in editor contents or not. We have it set to default ATM.
