If you have multiple XF sites on the same server do you need to have an separate IP address for each domain to satisfy RDNS?

I'm trying to figure out what I need while server shopping to make sure the host I go with has everything I need and I don't get landed with additional costs (one quoted £50 per extra IP address )

Just searched. Looks like dedicated IPs are recommended for the purpose of spam filters.

All good information, just wanted to add that admins can request for their forums to be Whitelisted with AOL if they are receiving DYN:T1, Service Unavailable or ESMTP Not Accepting error messages.
