[Databases] How to import ONLY threads, posts, messages & users?

MY SITUATION

I have a XenForo Installation with over 2'000 users and over 3'500 posts.
Now it's incredibly slow - maybe something was messed up in the database by add-ons.

I reinstalled the forum in a new directory on the server and it works like a charm again.


THE QUESTION


How do I import all important information from the database before?
So I don't import the settings and similar - only threads, posts, private messages, users, "likes" received, post counts, etc. ?

In which databases are these things stored?

I would be really glad if someone could help me or point in the right direction

That's just really not feasible - the data is intertwined. You are likely having major server issues, as 2000 users and 3500 posts is nothing. Even the slowest queries on a big data set would still have no problems with that amount of data.
