My experience with vBulletin is that a lot of customers are very (very) verbal simply because the truth is: They want their .zip file, and whine about everything until they have it. Once they have it, you won't see them until there's a rumor about a new version they don't have the download to.

Maybe whine is not the right word, especially with xenforo's case
