Fixed Customized add-on templates deleted from style when add-on is uninstalled

Seems that customized templates are still removed from styles when the associated add-on is uninstalled which has already caused a couple of issues for us. This was confirmed as a bug by @Mike in this thread, but didn't create a separate thread for it as I assumed it was being taken care of. Would be great if this could be fixed for 2.0.2

We've added some code to prevent add-on associated templates with a style_id > 0 from being deleted in the next release.
