Custom Tabs 1.6.3

The spacing from Custom Tabs is off. Where can we adjust the spacing between tabs?

How can I set a Special Class for a tab?
I created tab, and in CSS Class field I wrote a name. But when I try to access that tab using its class from another add-on, it doesn't work.
Is this possible at all?

Try this:

@PJK, try disabling the admin option "Use TMS" for custom tabs.
@Alfa1, try re-running the upgrade again.

I disabled that and it still doesn't open in a new window. Any other ideas?
