Fixed Custom BB Code list toggle has no effect

If you uncheck the Enable/Disable toggle for a Custom BB Code, it has no effect.

EDIT: I'm getting a sense of de ja vu when reporting this like I've seen it reported elsewhere. I did search, but if it is a duplicate, I apologise in advance!
