Add-on Custom Add-on Paid

I need a add-on that will allow an admin to "pull" threads from a json api and create new threads in specific forums.

The following is a feature list:

1.) Allows manual scheduling and automated scheduling
2.) Allows a list of users, specified in the admincp, which will be posting the threads (random selected from list)
3.) The json will list thread prefix, forum id, message and of course thread title. This json api is already complete.
