Fixed Current Page Must Be Refreshed for Gravatar to Apply

As title. I've been meaning to report this for a while.

To reproduce:

1. Bring up the Avatar Editor overlay
2. Delete your locally stored avatar and click Okay on the overlay
3. Your locally stored avatar is now deleted
4. Go back to the Avatar Editor overlay and check the Use Gravatar radio box and click Okay on the overlay
5. No Gravatar is applied
6. Refresh the current page you're viewing and go back to the Avatar Editor overlay and repeat step four
7. The Gravatar will be applied

Obviously make sure you have an avatar stored on Gravatar when doing this.

Fixed now. The "delete" button was hidden but still considered to be checked.
