Duplicate Ctrl + Enter for posting does not work when editor is in plain text mode

Hitting Ctrl + Enter to post a message when the text editor is in the plain text mode does not work.

Fixed in the next release, see:

Fixed - Ctrl+Enter doesn't submit post with BB code disabled

As per title. Not entirely sure if this is expected behaviour, but if BB code is disabled within the editor, CTRL+Enter won't submit the post as it would with it enabled.
