    I have this in the tenmplate category_view

    <xen:if is="{$category.node_id} == 7">
     <xen:include template="my_template" />
    <xen:if is="{$category.description} AND @threadListDescriptions">
    <xen:description class="baseHtml">{xen:raw $category.description}</xen:description>
    <xen:breadcrumb source="$nodeBreadCrumbs" />
    <xen:container var="$quickNavSelected">node-{$category.node_id}</xen:container>
    <xen:container var="$bodyClasses">{xen:helper nodeClasses, $nodeBreadCrumbs, $category}</xen:container>
    <xen:container var="$searchBar.forum"><label title="{xen:phrase search_only_x, 'title={$category.title}'}"><input type="checkbox" name="nodes[]" value="{$category.node_id}" /> {xen:phrase search_this_forum_only}</label></xen:container>
    <xen:container var="$head.canonical">
    <link rel="canonical" href="{xen:link 'canonical:categories', $category}" /></xen:container>
    <xen:if is="{$renderedNodes}">
    <ol class="nodeList section sectionMain">
    <xen:foreach loop="$renderedNodes" value="$node" i="$i">
      {xen:raw $node}
    But the html appears below the title on the page. And I need it above the titll. Just under the breadcrumb.

    how do i do that?

    Add it to the PAGE_CONTAINER template instead or use one of the ad_ templates.

    But then it doesn't know the value of $category.node_id...

    Thanks, that works. I can read $categoryId in the page-container. Impressive.
