Cron job deleting Members!?

I tried to figure out if its a plugin doing this or what but here is what it says:

This is your daily summary of unconfirmed accounts on (my forum here)

The following users have been deleted:
******** (0)

The ** is a member btw, I am running XenUtilities as well.

Any idea how to stop this?

Options -> XenUtilites ->
Unconfirmed Cutoff = 0
How many days to give a new user to confirm their email address before automatically deleting their account. Periodic emails will automatically be sent out. (0 to disable)
