30 days later, still no fix. Also what is the status on store addition that was supposed to be out months ago as well?
 
I have forums that are set to not increase user's post count when posted in, how do we stop them from earning points on those forums?
 
Now, i uninstalled this. Still no response from the author, not here and not on *******.com. I know this is a free addon and i like the work, but without support, it don´t work for me...
 
Hi @*******, may I know what does this "- Give credits from the beginning (without prune existing transactions)."?

Besides, if I now install Credits to my forum while I have already members who posted on the forum since months ago, can they get the credits that they deserved automatically? I mean is there any option/function that can count how much they should get even before I have this addon installed?

"Give credits from the beginning (without prune existing transactions)" that mean reset all credits to zero without prune existing transactions

About your request, we can do this but currently that not avaiable at free version
 
@For someone received reset credits to zero error, please start a conversation and give us ftp account and admin account to detect conflict issues.

You've incorporated an import feature that lets users import currency from other addons. I was trying to import bd-banking currency from that addon to this one. I tried to import it, but instead of importing the bd-banking currency value it imports the trophy points value. I think you've just got the table / column name wrong.

I tried to import from trophy point and this still normal. Can you tell me what're addons that you installed ?

Hi

Import point from DB Banking feature allow to multiple import, please import only once to get the best value. If your import again this will double point from DB Banking.
