How did you come up with the idea of having the addon development starting through CLI? I'm asking pure out of curiosity. I haven't seen this in any other forum software that I've used before. Until recently I've been using Invision and app development from start to finish was done from the Admin Panel there. (I'm not comparing the two).
My initial thought was that developing an app for xenforo would be a complicated process, but I'm glad that I proved myself wrong. Once you get used to the new way of developing an app here, I find your method actually very practical. I just finished writing a small app and except a few trial and errors here and there, it was a smooth sailing.
