XF 1.4 Creating a poll, but don't want replies

Creating a poll but I don't want replies to the thread! How do I do that please? When i untick Open to stop replies, then people can't vote as the tick boxes disappear?

Closing the thread closes the poll. So you probably can't do what you want to do.
