XF 1.1 Create new tab to display a page node?

Good morning,

Is there a way to create a new tab (even via a template edit if required) and when clicked make it load a page node?

I have looked at the FAQ and also tried to search, but each time I try and search I get:
The search could not be completed. Please try again later.

I will keep manually searching the forums for a solution, but if anyone can point me in the right direction in the mean time, that would be great.
