XF 1.5 create new group of users

example
i have group of people "test group" with certain permissions.
i want create another group "test group 1" with the same permissions
i can create new group "test group 1" and asign permission manualy
is there way to copy permission from "test group" to "test group 1" ?

There is no way to do that but you shouldn't need to copy permissions from group to group.

this option would be very usefull in case if my new group is different with another group by only one option.

Create a user group which has all of the permissions which are common to the other two user groups, except that one, add the members to it, then add them to the other user group which has the single permission which is different.

I doubt you've read the guide you were linked to in the short time that you responded after Brogan's post.

Once you have read it, you will see that you can implement what you require for permissions using multiple user groups and without having to copy permissions from one user group to another.
