XF 1.5 Copying a Thread

I have a thread that's strayed to another topic. I would like to copy this thread to another location - that's what I can't figure out how to do - after which I will edit both copies, change subjects, etc., so that they're separate in content as well.

Is this possible? I know I could ask our developer but I'm wondering if this is an admin/moderator tool I haven't found yet.

You can't copy a thread, but you can copy the posts within the thread to a new thread.

You can do that by selecting the posts you want to copy using the inline moderation checkboxes and selecting "Copy Posts..." from the drop down.

Ah, brilliant. I can see how it could be cumbersome for a very long thread but this just did exactly what I needed and it took me five minutes so I'm very happy.
