Hello. I'm wanting to convert to XF from IPBoard. Is there anyone than can assist me with this? I can't seem to find any sort of converters.

There is a built in importer you can use, alternatively various people offer import services for a fee.

I also see you haven't linked your forum account to your license. You can do that in the Forum Users section of the Customer Area here: http://xenforo.com/customers

I have not yet purchased my license. Does the built in importer import everything such as avatars, etc. and work with IPBoard as well?

    Should do.

I see in the manual that it only supports IPB 3.1 and 3.2...I am running 3.3.4.

It should be fine also, IIRC there was no schema changes from 3.2 to 3.3

Yes. It should import all the IPB core features data.

How much is the average cost of import services?

It would depend on who you hire. Different people charge different prices, and a big part of the time used for a conversion would be depending on the size of your database (users, posts, threads, etc) and the speed of your server.
