Conversion of large vB forum to Xenforo

I run a very large vB 3.8.x forum, 1.2 million threads, 19.4 million posts and 290,000+ members.

I want to update the software to something more up to date.
Would Xenforo be able to handle a forum this big?
What issues would a forum of this size run in to with Xenforo if any?

There are lots of XF installs larger than that which run fine. It obviously depends on your server, etc but XF itself has no restrictions and tends to use less resources than VB.

XenForo would have no trouble with that and should not run into any issues.
