Conversation with developer

I tried to start a XenForo "conversation" with someone who is well regarded at this forum for doing customizations. It looks like the conversation was posted, but I haven't heard back from the person yet. I understand he's very responsive. Could it be since I'm not a Xenforo customer yet, he won't see the message?

There is no restriction or limitation on conversations as far as customer status is concerned.

I suspect they just haven't had time to respond.
