Currently if you have a warning action enabled, there is no automatic notification to the member who crosses the threshold.
If, for example you have one set to place someone in pre moderation when they have amassed 30 points, a moderator issuing a warning would need to calculate the new total, refer to a list to see which threshold has been reached and then update the conversation message text accordingly.
It would be far simpler to have a conversation component for Warning Actions, as with Warnings.
Then once the warning has been issued, if a threshold is crossed, a further automatic conversation is sent explaining that their account has been placed into pre moderation, etc.
