There are two:

1.
TypeError: Template public:conversation_view error: XF\Mvc\Entity\AbstractCollection::XF\Mvc\Entity\{closure}(): Argument #1 ($e) must be of type XF\Mvc\Entity\Entity, null given, called in /home/../src/XF/Mvc/Entity/AbstractCollection.php on line 193 src/XF/Mvc/Entity/AbstractCollection.php:218

2.
TypeError: Macro public:conversation_message_macros :: message() error: XF\Mvc\Entity\AbstractCollection::XF\Mvc\Entity\{closure}(): Argument #1 ($e) must be of type XF\Mvc\Entity\Entity, null given, called in /home/.../src/XF/Mvc/Entity/AbstractCollection.php on line 193 src/XF/Mvc/Entity/AbstractCollection.php:218

This error will likely re-occur as AddonsLab/ConversationPermissions isn't handling a deleted user well. This add-on shouldn't affect that (but it might)

Would it be possible for you to put these rebuild codes in the next update (or something similar) so that we can restore the reaction counts? I'm using an award system for post reactions and this really skewed the results.

Unchecking the conversation count box by default would also prevent this from happening again :)
Wouldn't you just use ACP > Tools > Rebuild cache > Rebuild Reaction Score ?

So, from what I am seeing here. I have to install 3 things? 2 from your platform, something like Essentials and something called StandardLibs, then I can install Conversation Improvements. Is this correct? Is there an order I need to install them?

not exactly. You have to install (in that order):
  1. https://xenforo.com/community/resources/standard-library-by-xon.7915/
  2. https://xenforo.com/community/resources/search-improvements.6838/
  3. https://xenforo.com/community/resources/conversation-improvements-by-xon.6553/

Conversation essentials is also very useful, but optional:
