As designed Content vertical alignment difference between tabs

As title.

The content in the tabs is slightly lower than the content in the other tabs when the description wraps to a second line.

One possible solution would be to change the vertical-align middle to vertical-align top and add 5px top padding.

Assuming you want the top of avatars to be consistent between tabs.

This is actually consistent with the thread list (everything is middle aligned).
